Colby Raining Bats & FrogsThe Witch Parade this year and every year is something that Delia has looked forward to. Flying on her broom with the other witches this year in the parade is something that just might not happen, because of the rain. Delia has an idea and just by doing a little incantation it starts to rain cats and dogs. No, the witches aren’t happy with that. So Delia makes several more incantations that changes the rain into several more things. In the end the witches decided that a simple little rain storm is not that bad after all and the parade goes on. This would be a great story to read aloud, especially at Halloween, to students as they experience the parade through the hilarious illustrations. Who after all wouldn’t laugh at frogs and bats, cats and much more falling from the sky?
