Book review: Babymouse #19: Bad Babysitter, by Jennifer L. Holm and Matthes Holm

Holm, Jennifer L. and Matthew Holm. Babymouse: Bad Babysitter. Random House. 2015. $6.99. 96p. 978-0-307-93162-7. Ages 5-9. P9Q8

Holm Bad BabysitterIn her 19th adventure, Babymouse has to make money in order to get the new scooter she wants and thinks that caring for triplets can’t be very difficult. Still a laugh-out-loud tale, the protagonist seems to be growing up a little as she realizes that she likes the scooter better because she earned it. As always, a bonus segment teaches how to draw a character and includes babysitting tips.
